How long can I get the dresses?

The total time is working time plus shipping time. You can choose the working time (4 or 6 weeks) when you put order. We send the items by EMS (about 10 business days) / TNT (about 5 business days) / DHL (about 3-5 business days) / UPS (about 3 business days). You can choose the shipping method when you put order. The shipping time depends on the shipping company. Please understand we cannot control the shipping. 

How do I track my order?

You can check your order status by sign in your account on our website. After your order being delivered, you can check online in website EMS, TNT, UPS by the tracking number we provide.

How much is the shipping cost?

The shipping price depends on the weight of the items and the destination. We advise you to group your items in one order. You will get the total price when you put order.

Why are the prices so low?

We have our own factory to make sure our price and quality are the best. All the items are directly made by our factory without any intermediaries. Since we are not a retail shop or agent, there is no extra cost for renting shops. Thus we can offer competitive prices.

Do I need to pay Tax?

The buyer is responsible for the applicable import duty and local tax. Please verify with your customs before purchase. We are not sure about the customs fees in every country. Sometimes you need to pay. Sometimes you don't need to pay. We do not charge you customs fees. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs, not including customs fees.

We have local store in Canada. And we ship to worldwide.

Can I cancel my order and change itmes after payment?

All orders cannot be cancelled over 24 hours after your purchase, since we are making the dress according to your own measurements and color after your payment. If you want to cancel it over 24 hours, you need to pay 30% of your total amount of your order for cancellation. Thus please kindly confirm detailed info like dress item, color, size and other special requirements with us before your payment.

Can you make the dress according to the pictures I send?

Yes, we can! Please contact our sales representative or live chat and send us the pictures of the dress by email, we will review it carefully and reply you as soon as possible. We will ask you for a reasonable price including shipping cost.

Is my purchase secure over the Internet?

Your purchase could not be more secure with us. All your sensitive information is transmitted with 128 bit encryption directly through PayPal or Google to your credit card company. No one ever sees your credit card information. Our employees receive your name, items on your order and shipping address ONLY. You have a better chance of having someone else having your credit card number going to a store than typing it directly on your computer. You are also guaranteed your purchase through your credit card, PayPal and Google.

Can I return the dress if I don't like it?

If there are quality problems, please contact us within 3 days after you get the items. And please send us some photos of the items. We will change it for you. Buyer need to pay the shipping back fee by yourself. If you return the items, we will refund you the amount of the order, but the shipping fee will not be refunded.
Because of different computer screens, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we cannot guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% the same as the color chart. It's just similar as the color chart. And also different fabrics will show different color degree on the same color. So we cannot accept any returned dress for sake of color. Also we make the items by your size or measurements after you buy, we do not accept return for the reason of size or measurements.
If there is no quality problem, we don't accept return since we will make the items by your size and color. So please make sure if you like the items. 

Do you offer alterations?

we can change some detail on the dress according to Custom requirements. (neckline, Closure, shoulder strap, train and so on)

I don't have a PayPal account, can I use my credit card online?

Yes, you are only using the service PayPal provides to process your credit card, you do not have to sign up with PayPal. We actually do not recommend signing up for PayPal if you haven't already done so. You are still covered with their insurance, and it will take 3-5 days to verify your information. You might want to consider creating a PayPal account in the future if you do a lot of internet shopping.

Do you send Catalogs?

We do not have catalogues. Our prices are so competitive that it would increase our prices significantly if we printed catalogues.

What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards through PayPal over the internet. If you do not have PayPal or credit cards, you can pay by western union.

Can you ship the items to a different address?

For your security we ship only to the billing address of the credit card or paypal. In case you need to ship to another address, please call your bank and add the additional address to your credit card, alternately please add your new address in your paypal account.
If you pay by western union, we can ship the items to different address.
